Abstract
In order to facilitate clinical and differential diagnosis, it is of great importance for medical professionals to understand and manage breast changes that may occur in patients. In these changes, we mainly highlight the development of the breasts, which causes concern in men, which can be a reason for social embarrassment and another very rare change, which is the appearance of accessory breasts. We present a case report of a man with altered breast development, presenting gynecomastia accompanied by changes in breast tissue, that is, accessory breasts associated with the condition. The presentation of two changes in breast development is an uncommon fact and has not been reported in the literature.
