Abstract

This study describes the Cross-Cultural Awareness in Virtual Leadership Practices in IT industry. Here the research identified the Cross-Cultural Awareness variables are ‘I understand that cultural differences influence communication patterns in virtual work environments’ (CCA-1), ‘I recognize that team members from different countries may interpret messages differently’ (CCA-2), ‘I am aware that cultural values affect decision-making styles in global teams’ (CCA-3), ‘I can identify cultural differences in attitudes toward hierarchy and authority’ (CCA-4),‘I understand that work expectations vary across different cultural contexts’ (CCA-5),‘I am aware that communication styles (direct or indirect) differ across cultures’ (CCA-6) and ‘I recognize that cultural background influences problem-solving approaches in virtual team’ (CCA-7). In the study to finds out through the Multiple Regression Analysis, which variables are most impacts to Cross-Cultural Awareness in Virtual Leadership Practices in IT industry?
