In order to build strong cybersecurity defenses, pharmacies rely heavily on their employees, particularly their technicians and support personnel. This research highlights the need for cybersecurity awareness and training programs, emphasizing that pharmacy personnel play a crucial role in protecting patients' trust and acting as the first line of defense against hackers. A literature review and analysis of real-world case studies were used to assess the effectiveness of cybersecurity training for pharmacy workers. The findings indicate that well-designed training programs have the potential to safeguard sensitive information, promote cybersecurity awareness, and decrease security incidents. This study focuses on identifying ways to adapt training for the increasing number of remote workers in pharmacy operations.A thorough approach to safeguarding sensitive information, including training, organizational rules, and continual technical measures, is necessary to enhance pharmacies' cybersecurity posture in the digital age.
