Abstract

This study investigates the impact of employee engagement on organizational outcomes in the IT industry, aiming to understand how varying levels of employee involvement, commitment, and satisfaction influence overall business performance. Employee engagement is increasingly recognized as a critical factor in driving organizational success, with engaged employees often demonstrating higher productivity, better customer service, and lower turnover rates. This research explores the correlation between employee engagement and key organizational metrics such as profitability, efficiency, innovation, and employee retention.

The findings are expected to provide valuable insights for business leaders and HR professionals, offering strategies to enhance employee engagement and, consequently, improve organizational outcomes. This research highlights the importance of viewing employee engagement as a strategic priority, suggesting that organizations with highly engaged workforces are better positioned to achieve sustained success in an increasingly competitive market. The study contributes to the broader field of organizational behavior by reinforcing the link between employee well-being and business performance.
