In this paper we introduce and study the concept of Plithogenic hesitant fuzzy soft matrices (P-HFSM) and their operations which are more functional to make theoretical studies in the Plithogenic soft set theory. Further, we develop a multi attribute decision making problems using TOPSIS method for Plithogenic hesitant fuzzy soft sets.
