This study examines the influence of Artificial Intelligence (AI) on Human Resource Management (HRM), with particular emphasis on organizational efficiency, employee experience and engagement, employee acceptance and adaptability, perceived risk, and job performance. A quantitative research approach was adopted, using questionnaire data collected from 206 employees working in HRM and managerial positions. The collected data were analyzed using reliability and validity tests, descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and multiple linear regression. The findings indicate that respondents generally perceive AI as a valuable technology for improving HRM efficiency and enhancing employee experience and engagement. Employees also demonstrate a generally positive level of acceptance and adaptability toward AI-based technologies, although concerns regarding potential risks remain. Correlation analysis reveals significant positive relationships among the major study variables. However, the regression results indicate that perceived risk is the only significant predictor of job performance, while the impact of AI on HRM, employee experience and engagement, and employee acceptance and adaptability do not show statistically significant direct effects. The study highlights the importance of managing AI-related risks while maintaining a strong focus on employee experience, engagement, and adaptability. Overall, the findings provide practical and theoretical insights for organizations seeking to implement AI-driven HRM strategies effectively and sustainably.
