Theoretical contribution and operative group with preadolescents

Abstract

Objective:This paper presents some concepts about psychoanalytic theory and device group of Pichon-Rivière and seeks
to contribute to equip the work in this area in health institutions. Source and synthesis of data: The study is based on
the assumption that the group uses a technique capable of providing the manifestation of the effects of the unconscious,
allowing to provide psychoanalytical orientation. The study begins with the professional work of the authors, bringing
their experience of a Phd project dealing with the issue of teenage groups, trying to articulate some fragments of a
clinical group with preadolescents with psychoanalytic concepts. Conclusion: We believe that the operative group is a
really enriched context, in order to provide conditions in terms of prevention and health promotion for pre-teens.
