Stroke rehabilitation has changed a lot because of new technologies and multidisciplinary approaches. These changes have made life better for survivors and given them new hope for recovery. This study focuses on evidence-based rehabilitation treatments particularly made to help those who have had a stroke get back to normal functioning, including physical, occupational, speech, and cognitive therapy. Modern technology, like robotic devices, virtual reality (VR), and telemedicine, has changed rehabilitation by making neuroplasticity, motor recovery, and patient engagement better. Robotic-assisted treatment and virtual reality (VR) both provide high-intensity, repetitive training and immersive settings for performing real-world tasks, resulting in measurable enhancements in motor and cognitive outcomes. Telemedicine has made it easier for people who don't have a lot of money to get rehabilitation, which makes sure that care continues. Even with these gains, there are still issues including inequalities in income and education, restricted access to expert care, and the need for individualized therapies. Plans for the future focus on improving these technologies, removing barriers to their use, and encouraging collaboration amongst different fields to make recovery processes as effective as possible.
