Background: Family-centered care (FCC) has emerged as a key approach in pediatric healthcare, emphasizing collaboration between healthcare providers, patients, and families to enhance care quality and patient satisfaction. Objective: This study aims to assess the role of family-centered care approaches in improving pediatric patient satisfaction outcomes in clinical settings. Methodology: A cross-sectional analytical study was conducted involving 180 pediatric patients and their caregivers across selected healthcare facilities. Data were collected using structured questionnaires assessing communication, parental involvement, emotional support, and satisfaction levels. Statistical analysis, including correlation and regression, was performed using SPSS. Findings: Results indicated that higher levels of family-centered care were significantly associated with increased patient satisfaction scores (β = 0.42, p < 0.01). Effective communication and parental involvement contributed to approximately 30% improvement in satisfaction outcomes. Additionally, children receiving FCC reported reduced anxiety levels and better overall care experiences. Conclusion: Family-centered care plays a vital role in enhancing pediatric patient satisfaction. Strengthening communication strategies and encouraging parental participation can significantly improve healthcare outcomes.
