Abstract

Adolescent nutrition awareness is a vital part of a healthy development, illness prevention, and long-term well-being because most nutrition habits developed during adolescence tend to persist into adulthood. Although it is crucial, most teenagers continue to show a lack of knowledge of healthy nutrition, dangers of unhealthy food, and the preventive effect of healthy diets on health and physical conditions. With smart preventive healthcare systems in place, community-oriented pediatric wellness approaches can be effective and provide an integrated intervention to reinforce adolescent nutrition awareness via coordinated counseling, family engagement, community involvement, and digital health education. In this research, the scholar should consider a quantitative research design to investigate the role of pediatric wellness programs and technological-based preventive healthcare processes in enhancing the nutrition awareness of adolescents. The presented model uses Adolescent Nutrition Awareness Score (ANAS) as the main dependent measure to evaluate the knowledge of the adolescents about the right food choices, understanding of the unhealthy food habits, knowledge about the prevention of the diseases and the awareness of young individuals obtained as a result of pediatric and community-based health education. The framework includes four independent variables: Community-Oriented Pediatric Wellness Strategy Effectiveness (CPWSE), Smart Preventive Healthcare System Utilization (SPHSU), Family and Community Nutrition Support Engagement (FCNSE) and Preventive Pediatric Nutrition Education Effectiveness (PPNEE). The population will be surveyed with the help of structured questionnaires that will be given to adolescents and analyzed with the assistance of reliability testing, descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and multiple regression. The research will show that combined pediatric wellness care, community involvement and intelligent preventative care systems are a great contribution to adolescent nutrition awareness and offer an effective structure on which preventative adolescent health promotion can be based.
