Adolescent mental health disorders are now a big health issue of concern, and they need to be provided with ready, prompt and evidence-based interventions that are not limited to the traditional clinical contexts. The development of digital health technologies has led to new possibilities to improve the healthcare of the pediatric community by utilizing mobile health apps, telehealth, wearable health devices, and digital mental health tools. This paper suggests a technology-based integrated framework of community-based healthcare that integrates evidence-based mental wellness measures with electronic healthcare to enhance early detection, ongoing observation, individual intervention, and integrated care to adolescents. The framework focuses on the multidisciplinary collaboration of the pediatric healthcare providers with the families, schools, community organizations, and encourages the engagement of the patient and the equitable access to mental health support. To determine the effectiveness of the suggested approach, standardized mental wellness outcome measures, technology use measures, and comparative clinical analyses are used. The results reveal the potential of integrated community-based healthcare services using technology to enhance the level of mental wellness in adolescents, provide greater preventive health services, and sustain delivery of mental healthcare services to children.
