Abstract

Emotional intelligence in adolescence is a key determinant of psychological well-being, social development, and future health, so its early measurement and preventive care is a high priority in pediatric care. The latest developments of digital health, artificial intelligence, wearable sensing, and mobile healthcare technologies have provided the chance to improve preventive care by offering continuous monitoring and evidence-based clinical decision support. The proposed study suggests a pediatric preventive care system enabling engineers that combines the emotional intelligence testing, digital health, AI-guided risk assessment, and multidisciplinary medical coordination to assist in the early recognition of emotional issues and preventive measures targeted at each individual. The framework focuses on ongoing monitoring, shared care and technology-aided decision-making as a way of enhancing preventive pediatric care. The suggested solution preconditions a systematic basis of subsequent clinical validation and contributes to the creation of intelligent, accessible, and sustainable pediatric preventive care regimes to enhance emotional well-being among adolescents.
