Abstract

The proposed research suggests an interdisciplinary research paradigm to investigate the impact of preventive healthcare partnerships based on engineering on adolescent behavior development. Adolescent stage is a very critical stage of development where emotional control, social adaptation, health responsibility, and behavioral habits are determined through access to health care, family support and community structures. The study incorporates pediatric preventive healthcare, engineering-facilitated models of health partnership, scientific knowledge sharing and family/community support as one comprehensive framework in light of the increasing demand of prevention and collaborative health systems in adolescence. The study uses Adolescent Behavioral Development Score (ABDS) as the main outcome measure to determine the level of positive behavioral change in the adolescents. The study will consider the effect of four key determinants proposed, such as Pediatric Preventive Healthcare Effectiveness (PPHE), Engineering-Based Health Partnership Integration (EHPI), Scientific Exchange and Knowledge Transfer Strength (SEKTS), and Family and Community Preventive Support Engagement (FCPSE). These are the factors which are hypothetically supposed to positively influence ABDS by enhancing the quality of preventive interventions, quality of early behavioral guidance, health education, coordinated care delivery, and reinforcement of the healthy behaviors both in the clinical and community settings. A quantitative cross-sectional research design is chosen based on structured questionnaire-based data gathering of adolescents, caregivers, pediatric healthcare providers, and support stakeholders. The methodology encompasses development of variable measurement, calculation of ABDS along various dimensions of behavior, and statistical analysis through descriptive statistics of variables, reliability analysis of variables, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis variables. The research has a contribution to the existing body of adolescent health research because it offers a quantifiable interdisciplinary model of relationships between preventive pediatric healthcare alliances and the consequences of adolescent behavior regarding behavioral growth.
